Biventricular Pacing   C16, C19, R9
The QRS pattern in Biventricular pacing (Cardiac Resychronization Therapy - CRT) is usually composed of two merging activation wave fronts, which makes interpretation more difficult. CRT is mostly achieved by a combination of RV and LV pacing (biventricular pacing) or LV pacing fused with intrinsic ventricular activation.
